The bank's web presence was both dated and often times non-functional when it came to adapting to newer technology and viewports. The objective was to provide an ease of use to customers- both internal and external- while addressing accessibility and device requirements.
Result ——
The end output from the years-long project both freshened the site aesthetically while simultaneously allowing the site to respond accordingly to all viewports and languages. The team implemented a full redesign, including a full site transfer to a new responsive design Content Management System that allowed editorial and the marketing and digital assets team to quickly update the site. Edits and updates could now be completed by simply dragging and dropping elements into pages when needed. This implementation ultimately allowed the team to free up resources to pursue more innovative endeavors and is still relevant and utilized for their digital channels today.
