Most large-scale products optimize for efficiency. I design for relevance, intuition, and emotional resonance. My work focuses on how systems can scale while still feeling human, how discovery becomes effortless, how personalization becomes meaningful, and how products earn attention instead of demanding it. Over my last nine years at Amazon, I’ve built frameworks that scale across markets while still adapting to individual behavior, turning complexity into clarity for hundreds of millions of customers.
